SPORTS ON MATS PROGRAM
This program is a collaborative approach to delivering fundamental movement & sport skills, with a focus on Judo, Karate, Wrestling and Gymnastics who come together to deliver an innovative program for children age 4 – 7. Trained learning facilitators provide a fun, skilled based environment where children become more familiar with moving their bodies in a variety of ways, including tumbling, falling, rolling, lateral movements and more. The focus is on fundamental movement skills with an introduction to each of the included sports.
